Delete your TeamUpNL account

You can always have your account and all data that belongs to it deleted.

For the TeamUpNL app.

In the app (immediately)

Send an e-mail from your account's e-mail address with the subject "Delete account".
We check that the address belongs to an account and delete it within 30 days (usually within a few days). You'll get a confirmation by e-mail.

Your profile (name, username, e-mail address, password, gender, position, level, photo), your login sessions and the link with Google or Apple.
Your favourite pitches, followers and who you follow, your availability, your TeamUps, your chat messages, your reports and blocks, your feedback, your stars and honours after TeamUps (given and received), your location for TeamUps nearby, and the push codes of your phones.
We keep no copy, with two exceptions: reports about you are kept for 180 days for moderation, and if your account was banned, an irreversible code (hash) of your e-mail address, so it cannot be used for a new account.
E-mails that were already sent stay in the recipient's inbox: your own confirmation e-mails, and reports and feedback e-mailed to our team. Scaleway, our e-mail service, keeps a log of sent e-mails.
